If you experience any problems with the baby monitor or camera, we suggest starting with a reset of the monitor (located on the back - RESET).

The maximum range for connection between monitor and camera is 1000 ft (300 m) in open areas. Obstacles like walls, doors, and electronic devices may affect the connection. If the connection is lost, simply reconnect by plugging the devices back in.

Both cameras and monitors come with specialized charging cables. The camera requires a power source, while the monitor can be battery-operated or plugged in.

Extend the antennas on both the camera and monitor for better signal reception.

Continuous usage of the camera may cause it to heat up, while the monitor's temperature will remain stable.

To prevent beeping or buzzing, keep a distance of 5-7 feet between the camera and monitor.
